We can help with multiple physical and muscular trauma concerns including everything from patients who have experienced a fall or those who need specialised post-surgery care after being discharged from a hospital. On both ends of this spectrum, and everything in between, Hornsby Physio & Chiro is here to help you transition back to a level of mobility that feels best for you. We have patients who have experienced a decline in mobility that trusted us from in-home care and treatment which helped to improve their over function and bring them back to moving and mobilising safely. Even patients with chronic neck pain can advocate for our solutions and service because we fully understand every spectrum of mobility treatment and rehabilitation.
